With his passion for wine, our manager François Peloquin, who arrived in the late nineties, was able to pass on to Auberge customers the benefits of his years of experience in the restaurant trade and his sommelier studies at the École Hôtelière des Laurentides.

For years, to continue building the reputation of our restaurant and wine cellar, we’ve been organizing winegrower dinners and unearthing exclusives by hosting wine enthusiasts. The pride and joy of our current wine cellar are the winemakers who help us discover and travel the world as we taste their rare pearls.
Don’t hesitate to ask the sommeliers to show you around the cellar. They’ll be delighted to share their secrets with you. You’ll see treasures from the smallest to the biggest, even the biggest!
