Our chef Jérémy Forest, assisted by his brigade and our service team, will make you live an unforgettable moment at our table! Our specialty is our unmistakable home-smoked salmon, straight from our smokehouse. By stopping by our dining room, you will live a unique and friendly culinary experience. Our sommeliers will be happy to advise you on the best food and wine pairings from a selection of over 700 different bottles, carefully preserved in our cellar.

Our Sunday buffet is a must! Composed of fresh and original dishes, our team knows how to satisfy the amateurs of meats, fishes, shellfishes, cheeses and even the followers of vegetarian recipes.
