I’m Jérémy, head chef at the Auberge du Lac Morency. Let me take you on a culinary journey where my passion for cooking is reflected in every dish we serve.

My passion for cooking is at the heart of every dish I prepare. I firmly believe that it’s this passion that brings our dishes to life, making every bite a moment of pure pleasure for our customers. This passion is evident not only in the selection of the highest quality ingredients, but also in the way each dish is carefully designed and presented. In the kitchen, every detail counts, from the perfect cooking temperature to the final touch that transforms a dish into a work of art.

1. Une Passion Inébranlable pour la Cuisine

My passion for cooking is the essence of every dish I create. It’s evident in the meticulous choice of ingredients, the attention paid to every cooking technique, and the artistic presentation of every plate. This passion is contagious, spreading throughout our team and being felt in the atmosphere of the restaurant.

For you, our customers, this means that every dish is imbued with attention and care that transcends the norm, transforming a simple meal into a rich and memorable gastronomic experience.

2. Collaboration et Innovation Constante

Cooking is a collaborative art, and it’s in this spirit that we work together to bring our customers ever more innovative dishes. This collaboration creates a synergy that is reflected in the diversity and creativity of our menu.

For you, this means a constantly renewed culinary experience, where every visit to the Auberge holds surprises and new flavors to discover.

3. Harmony with the Seasons

By aligning our menus with the seasons, we celebrate nature and its rhythms. This assures you, the guest, of fresh, seasonal ingredients with authentic, pure flavours.

This approach allows us to create dishes that are not only delicious but also in perfect harmony with the time of year, offering a dining experience that is both fresh and inspiring.

4. Diversity of Experience

Understanding and meeting the specific needs of each event is at the heart of our approach. Whether you’re celebrating a big event or enjoying an intimate dinner, we ensure that each menu is tailored to the occasion, enriching your experience with dishes that perfectly complement the mood and theme of your visit.

5. Celebration of Special Moments

The art of food and wine pairing is a passion for me, and I take particular pleasure in working with our sommelier to create combinations that awaken the senses.

This means food and wine pairings that not only complement each other, but also elevate each dish to a new level, creating a culinary experience that is richer, more complex and deeply satisfying.

As chef of the Auberge du Lac Morency, I’m dedicated to providing you with an exceptional culinary experience. Every dish we serve is an invitation to discover and savor the wonders of gastronomy.

We look forward to welcoming you and sharing our passion for cooking with you,

Chef Jérémy
